Goods	When you place your order, just let us know which Magic Spells you require. Once we receive notification of your order, a confirmation Email will be sent to you. Dusty will then cast your spell(s) into a suitable natural material (wood, stone, or as the image shows, shell). We then post the goods to you and all you have to do is wear it around your neck on the ribbon supplied or keep it close to you in a pocket or bag. You may if you wish, put the charm onto your own chain or necklace.
Payments	Credit/Debit Card We accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone. Our secure online facilities are handled by Protx. PayPal Secure online facilities via Paypal.com. Choose your magic spell(s) and click the “Add to Cart” button. Cheque or Money Order To send payment in UK Sterling, please see our contact page for the address. Please ensure to include order details, contact details and Email address.
Delivery	Prices A standard GB£3 post and packing charge is applied to all orders. Methods UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail Small Package. Schedule We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible. UK orders usually arrive within 7 days and overseas orders within 12 days, but please bear in mind that your spell is handcrafted and may take longer. Packaging Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us; all orders are sent in plain packaging so that you can shop in confidence.
One Year Money Back Guarantee	Standard Folk Magic (FM) Spells are available as singles, doubles (2 in1) or as triple spells (3 in1) and cast into one single charm. Standard FM spells are subject to our one-year money back guarantee. If you do not gain any benefit from your single, double or triple FM Spell after one year of continued use, you may claim a refund of the purchase price of your goods, providing your claim meets the following criteria: The goods must have been used daily, as per the instructions for use, from the date of receipt of goods. You must demonstrate that you have not received any significant benefit from the goods within one year of purchase of the goods. You must return the goods in the original packaging within one year of purchase. Any goods returned after one year of the purchase date will not be liable for refund under this policy. Non-standard or special order products Standard Folk Magic (FM) Spells are available as singles, doubles (2 in1) or as triple spells (3 in1) and cast into one single charm. Our one-year money back guarantee does not cover non-standard or special order products and goods that fall within this category CANNOT BE RETURNED. For example, where you have made a special request that more than three FM spells are cast into one single charm. This is due to the fact that they are made as individual pieces to order, under your instruction and as it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price, it cannot be re-stocked. We therefore strongly advise that if you require more than three FM Spells, please order separate charms with no more than three FM spells in each charm. In placing an order for a non-standard or special order product with us, you are deemed to have considered all these factors and any others that might affect the order, and accept that you are entirely satisfied that it is the correct product for you.
Returns and Refunds	If you need to return an item to us, please Email us stating the reason for return. We suggest using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Signed For and retaining proof of postage. Goods are posted to you in resealable plastic packets and must be received by us in their original packaging to protect them during transit to the address on our contact page. You are responsible for the return of the goods supplied to you and for the cost of returning the goods to us. This is a UK only right to cancel and does not apply to non UK consumers. When you send your items back to us, we will process the returned item and notify you via Email of your refund. A refund of the purchase price will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. You can expect to receive the refund in same form of payment originally used for purchase. If we do not receive the item from you, we may arrange collection of the item(s) from your residence at your cost. We are unable to issue refunds on items that have been damaged by you. This returns policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Cancellations	If you wish to cancel an order before you have received notification that your order has been despatched please send us an Email referencing your order number and with CANCELLATION in the subject line. We will confirm your cancellation by Email and refund your payment promptly. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order within seven working days following the day on which you receive your goods.
Privacy	Your personal details will be stored securely and used only by www.magic-spells.co.uk for the purpose of processing your order. We may also use the information for our own research and analysis. We will not pass on your details to any other party. We may occassionally Email you with relevant special offers and news. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Security	When you click on any Add to Cart button on our website, your item is added to a secure shopping cart (Paypal.com) where you enter your payment details. You can identify a secure site by the letters https:// at the beginning of the URL in the address bar of your browser and by the padlock symbol. Where the padlock symbol appears depends on the browser you are using: it may be in the status bar at the bottom of the screen or in the address bar at the top of the screen.
